- A Beautiful Worship Space: Our historic church building, with its timeless architecture, glorious stained glass, and sacred atmosphere, offers the perfect setting for reflection and worship.
- A Thoughtful Service: Our services combine tradition with relevance, featuring prayer, music, Scripture, and teaching. Services are led with warmth and clarity, helping you connect with God and the story of faith in a personal way.
- Opportunities to Connect: Whether through fellowship events, volunteer opportunities, or small groups, St Mary’s offers many ways to connect with others and discover your place within the community.
What Should You Bring?
Just yourself! There’s no need to dress up or prepare anything—come as you are. We believe that everyone is welcome here, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey.
Helpful Information
- Service Times: Our regular Sunday services are at 8am (Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion – a quiet, traditional, spoken service lasting around 40 minutes), and 10am (First 3 Sundays in the month: Modern Language Holy Communion – with hymns and full choir lasting around an hour; Last Sunday of the month: Family Service – an upbeat, uplifting service of the Word, especially geared towards families and children, lasting around 30 minutes).
- Parking: Parking is available outside the church on the High Street, or at the car park at the top of the High Street, opposite the church.
- Children & Families: We’re family-friendly! During services, we offer a dedicated children’s area with books, games and activities to help engage children’s attention, and to give them some room to spread out.
